AISuite brings the AISuite assistant into Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. It works in a side panel next to your document or email, can read what you're working on, and proposes changes you review and apply yourself.

If your organisation has a designated AISuite administrator, contacting them first is usually fastest — most access and availability questions are resolved inside your own organisation.

Your administrator deploys the add-in to specific people or groups. After they do, it can take up to 24 hours to appear, and Office may need restarting. If it's still missing after that, ask your administrator to confirm you're in the assigned group.
Sign in to your organisation's AISuite web application once in a browser, then reopen the panel. The add-in relies on that first sign-in.
This is a known behaviour on macOS and only happens once. Choose your work account and continue.
Managed devices sometimes block the sign-in popup. Your IT team may need to allow your organisation's AISuite address in the browser's trusted sites.
Close and reopen the task pane. If it recurs, contact support with the approximate time.
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, on Windows, Mac, Office on the web, and iPad. A current Microsoft 365 subscription is required.
AISuite Office add-ins are deployed through the Microsoft 365 admin center using Integrated apps, with a manifest URL supplied by your AISuite contact. They're assigned to the users or groups you choose, and can be removed or reassigned the same way at any time.
Your AISuite representative can provide the deployment guide and the manifest URLs for your tenant.
